Job Title: Estate Operations Supervisor
Working Pattern: Full-time -on site 5 days per week
Working location: Raynesway, Derby
Reporting to the Estate Operations Manager, the Estate Operations Supervisor is part of the Infrastructure Estate Management Team acting as a principal contact between multiple stakeholders, and to evaluate, deconflict and approve works in support of estates operations and contractor activities. Working within HSE and security processes to delivering all infrastructure works undertaken by Submarines business staff, embedded contractors and other contractors to the proposed schedule and correctly permitting and controlling in line with agreed arrangements.

What You Will Be Doing
* Supporting the implementation of the Facility Management Asset Management requirements, standards, SLAs, processes, and resources necessary to meet statutory, corporate and regulatory obligations placed on the Submarines business in conjunction with facility operators and appropriate Design Authorities. This role also works with facility operators and appropriate Design Authorities to define the Quality Control, Quality Assurance and configuration standards for estate records and key data.
* Providing guidance to site personnel and contractors regarding the Work Control Centre’s procedures, in line with R-R HSE Control of Contractor Control Standard (CS-06) and Licence Conditions.
* Providing support to the delivery of the security, safety and delivery performance of all Facilities Management Service Providers and any other directly procured Facility Management and Estate Configuration service providers operating within the Submarines business. Providing assurance against the obligations relating to the retention, configuration issue and update of as-built and pre-construction information.
* Providing SME knowledge and support into the production of a prioritised, risk-based and affordable forward capital plan that is linked directly to the asset management.
* Scoping and evaluating work requests and risk assessments, prioritising business critical tasks.
* Assisting in the planning and scheduling of tasks and supporting planning meetings.
* Maintaining statistics on schedule adherence, contractor performance and areas of risk/concern
* Contribute to the Submarines Business - Business Continuity plan arrangements by playing an active role in producing and evolving the Infrastructure Directorate Business Continuity plan.
* Works with a continuous improvement ethos to embrace the development of the Works Control Centre’s efficient operation and reflecting Rolls-Royce’s high standards of health, safety, and professionalism.
* Provides governance to all estate management processes and procedures, aligned to R-R HSE Standards and a focus on continuous improvement.
* Supporting individual improvement projects and major infrastructure projects works as needed.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:
* IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* A team player who can form relationships and influence process conformity
* Clear written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail
* Risk and COSHH assessment trained, with knowledge of IOSH/PUWER/LOLER
* Familiarisation with Health and Safety Executive guidelines of Contractor Control or R-R CS-06 and a working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* Working knowledge of Planned Maintenance Processes and an understanding of the regulations governing the use of Nuclear Licensed sites
