Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will drive product marketing strategy, delivering impactful campaigns and shaping go-to-market execution across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and partner teams to identify growth opportunities, influence product direction, and enhance market positioning.
This role sits within a cloud-focused marketing team, with exposure to strategic partner ecosystems across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for product(s) and features, advising cross-functional teams and partners (including RSIs and ISVs) on marketing strategies, market insights, and product development inputs
- Lead the development of integrated marketing plans, aligning regional and functional stakeholders to prioritise goals and define audience-focused positioning
- Design and implement scalable frameworks for marketing content and campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyse and validate market opportunities, including pipeline, MQLs, and partner integrations, to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and launch plans for new products and features
- Generate actionable user and partner insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance product experience
- Drive brand positioning, messaging architecture, and storytelling, adapting communications to different audiences and formats
- Create and optimise marketing content in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with product goals and brand standards
- Manage and execute mid to large-scale campaigns, tracking performance and optimising based on data-driven insights
- Lead marketing performance analysis, defining KPIs, measuring success, and continuously improving campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful programs, events, and co-marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in marketing (e.g. product marketing, partner marketing, or growth marketing)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with or through partners

Additional Information
- Travel required across EMEA (e.g. UK, Germany, Spain) for partner events and programs
- Exposure to cloud technology and partner ecosystems is highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
