Who we are
Dynamic Safety Solutions are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee our Consultancy, Training and Management Systems departments. This hybrid senior leadership role will drive operational performance, financial delivery, resource planning and client growth, supporting our 20% year-on-year expansion strategy across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK.

Job details
This is a senior leadership position with full operational oversight of our Consultancy, Training and Management Systems departments.
You will play a critical role in driving performance, profitability, service quality and client satisfaction across all service lines.

What you will do
* Provide full operational leadership across Consultancy, Training and Management Systems departments.
* Drive financial performance including forecasting, P&L oversight and budget management.
* Lead resource planning, workforce allocation and capacity management across departments.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying cross-selling and service expansion opportunities.
* Manage and develop senior team members including Department Managers and Lead Consultants.
* Implement process improvements, standardisation and operational efficiencies.
* Introduce and embed a CRM system to improve visibility of workload, performance and client engagement.
You will work closely with Directors to align operational delivery with company strategy and growth targets and you will be provided with a company van and fuel card.

Who you are
* A strong operational leader with experience overseeing multi-service departments
* Commercially aware, with confidence managing financial forecasting, budgets and P&L performance
* Skilled in resource planning and workforce allocation across competing priorities
* Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiency
* Confident building long-term client relationships and spotting growth opportunities
* An experienced people manager who develops leaders and drives accountability
* Comfortable working strategically with Directors while remaining hands on operationally
