As a Body Technician, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are returned to customers in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate vehicle damage and determine repair needs based on customer estimates and damage reports.
* Perform a variety of repair tasks including welding, framing, and bodywork to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
* Utilize specialized tools and equipment to repair body panels, restore frame structure, and replace damaged parts.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair progress and any additional work needed.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
* Proven experience as a Body Technician or similar role in the auto repair industry.
* Journeyman certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and the ability to use repair tools and equipment efficiently.
* Excellent attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
