About this role

Ready to make an impact? We're looking for an energetic and driven Marketing Manager to join the Customer Marketing team at JET UK. The Customer team sits at the heart of the UK Marketing team; it’s where we craft the strategy, plan campaigns, execute with precision, and measure every success. All grounded in a deep understanding of our customers, and what resonates most with them. Plus, we're constantly innovating with exciting new propositions.

This role offers diversity for a rounded marketeer with responsibilities including campaign development and delivery, partner management, and proposition development. We are looking for someone with; creative flair, customer-centricity, commercial acumen & a cross-functional, collaborative mindset. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

* Campaign Briefing through to execution: Develop and present comprehensive campaign briefs for a wide range of internal and external teams. Execute campaign briefs and manage all creative deliverables, requiring close collaboration with a variety of internal teams, including marketing channel experts, Product, Accounts, Legal, Sales, and Trading, to ensure seamless campaign execution. A key part of the role is to coordinate across all channels, ensuring a cohesive response and aligning all plans to meet campaign objectives and targets.
* Creative Management: Briefing of studios on marketing assets and deliverables for delivery of key campaigns.
* Analysis & Optimisation: Manage post-campaign analysis, provide growth recommendations, and support test-and-learn initiatives.
* Stakeholder & Partner Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external brand partners to drive successful campaign implementation and foster strong relationships.
* Partnership Growth: Developing marketing plans for key partners, support with new partner onboarding, create sales enablement tools, and contribute to pitch documentation.
* Proposition Development: Supporting the marketing lead and wider customer team with the creation of unique customer propositions utilising customer, business and market insights / trends and managing these through to delivery and beyond.


What will you bring to the table?

* Proven marketing or agency experience running successful insight led marketing/GTM campaigns
* Broad knowledge across the full marketing mix of channels TTL - TV, VOD OOH, Door Drops, PR, Experiential, Social, PPC, CRM and in app/web promotions
* Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills — with the ability to develop strong working relationships across stakeholders both inside and outside Just Eat
* Experience in taking compelling multi-channel campaigns to market, aligning all business functions
* Detail oriented. Skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and delivering simultaneous project
* Experience supporting with building customer propositions, translating customer insight and market data into propositions and campaigns
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about the long-term vision for the proposition and how it fits within the broader business strategy.
* Challenger mindset & strong work ethic: A self-starter attitude that's comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

There are two roles available, for one grocery experience is a plus.
