As a Trainee Notary Public, you will be instrumental in managing a variety of legal matters for clients across different jurisdictions. Your key responsibilities will include:
6. Drafting and Checking Documents: Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
7. Client Liaison: Communicate confidently and professionally with clients to manage transactions from start to finish.
8. Administrative Support: Organise meetings, manage appointments, and answer phone inquiries.
9. Document Management: Photocopy, scan, and bind important documents; liaise with translators as needed.
10. Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
11. Attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Proactive attitude with a confident telephone manner.
13. Ability to thrive under pressure and work efficiently.
14. Native, near native, or bilingual proficiency in English.
15. Proficiency in German or Spanish - Desired
16. Foreign legal qualifications - Desired
