About Bleckfield Fantastic opportunity to work for a small Microsoft Solutions Partner in Surrey providing IT support and services to SMBs throughout the UK. About the role You will be dealing with inbound tickets via phone and email from our varied customer base - your primary responsibility will be logging, prioritising, and resolving service calls effectively and efficiently. You will be liaising with 3rd parties where necessary and making sure that tickets are dealt with in an appropriate manner. The role is M-F 8.30am 5pm. We do not work weekends or bank holidays. Paid overtime is offered but is rare. This role is open to anyone located in the UK as a WFH setup is possible for the right candidate. We use a variety of tools to manage and assist our customer base including: Helpdesk NinjaRMM Splashtop Remote HUDU Documentation Required Knowledge and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer Service and Prioritisation skills Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skills. Basic Experience: Windows 10/11 Office Applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) Office 365 tenant admin Networking and Hardware skills are an advantage but at a minimum be able to carry out troubleshooting from the command line. You'll be exposed to Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, Sharepoint and Onedrive and we actively encourage our staff to obtain Microsoft Certification and pay for up to 4 exams per year and provide a full gamut of online training services to that aim.
