Family Solicitor – Stamford (Newly Refurbished Office)
Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (Hybrid working options available)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Family Solicitor to join a well-established and high-performing Family Law team based in a newly refurbished office in Stamford.
This is an ideal position for a motivated legal professional who is seeking a fresh challenge within a progressive and supportive working environment, with scope for personal and professional growth.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will play an integral role in the continued success and development of the team. You will handle a varied caseload with a focus on children and financial matters and will be actively involved in business development initiatives, client relationship management and contributing to the wider strategic goals of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload including matters relating to child arrangements, divorce, financial disputes and cohabitation issues
* Deliver high-quality legal advice and representation with minimal supervision
* Proactively contribute to business development and networking opportunities
* Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service delivery
* Attend occasional meetings and training sessions (some travel and out-of-hours commitments may be required)
* Ensure compliance with internal systems, procedures and industry regulations
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 3+ years PQE in Family Law
* Strong working knowledge of both private children matters and financial remedy work
* Proven track record of managing a varied and complex caseload
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
* Competent with legal software and Microsoft Office applications
* Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
