Your Role
Our tech team is expanding to support an ambitious roadmap. We need an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Back‑end / Ruby) to help build and scale our product, define technical solutions, and experiment with new ideas.
Responsibilities
* Interact with the Product Manager to review project specs
* Prepare integration plans, break‑downs, and estimations
* Hands‑on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing, and other delivery tasks
* Collaborate with the product team, web developers, SRE, and data scientists
Your Qualifications
Must‑haves
* 5+ years of experience as a back‑end or full‑stack engineer with recent Ruby‑on‑Rails work
* Experience in tech scale‑ups or fast‑paced environments
* Code used by thousands of monthly users on large‑scale products
* English fluency, strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ownership mindset – you take full responsibility for your work
* Fast‑moving doer mindset – balancing craftsmanship and velocity
* User‑centricity and obsession with exceptional user experience
* Comfortable building uncensored AI products (NSFW) and content
Bonus Points
* Data science or generative AI experience (NLP, ML, MLOps)
