What You’ll Do:
1. Create pizzas that keep our guests coming back for more, preparing and cooking sourdough pizzas to high standards.
2. Work closely with your team to deliver fast, efficient service during busy shifts.
3. Handle fresh dough, stretch bases, and top pizzas with quality ingredients.
4. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen from prep to service.
5. Bring energy and passion to the kitchen, contributing to the Franco Manca vibe.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
1. A passion for food, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.
2. Some experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but training will be provided for pizza-specific skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
