We are working with a well-established Legal firm seeking a Debt Recovery Customer Executive to join their busy Collections and Recovery team based in Maidstone.
This role is suitable for individuals with a Customer Service or Call Centre background looking for a new challenge and career change.
For this Debt Recovery Customer Executive:
* You will be proactive, forward-thinking, and positive about your work.
* You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
* You will have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and enjoy communicating via telephone.
Main duties include:
* Taking ownership of debt recovery cases
* Researching and analyzing cases to determine the best course of action
* Checking and producing documents and outgoing letters
* Communicating with debtors to find constructive solutions
* Ensuring debts are collected on time
* Having at least 5 GCSEs A*-C, including English and Mathematics; additional qualifications are desirable.
Working hours: 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, following a shift pattern of 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm on alternate weeks.
Salary: £19,016 with a potential OTE of approximately £28,000.
