£55k FTE plus car allowance
Contract: 24 hours a week (we’re genuinely flexible—let’s discuss what works for you)
We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our small but ambitious people team. This is a brand-new role and a chance to make your mark, influence how we grow, and help us build capability as we integrate the Geotechnical team into our Plant operation and further develop our regional structure.
Building capability and confidence in senior and team leaders through coaching, mentoring and practical support
* Supporting local engagement and recruitment activity
* Helping us become an employer of choice in the community

* A generalist experienced across employee relations, coaching and people development
* The role will require an element of travel to each to support the teams but be predominantly based from Doncaster.
