We are excited to be recruiting for a Teacher to cover Maternity leave, to join our growing community.
The ideal candidate will work with a caring, passionate and professional attitude, recognising the importance of this role within our school, to ensure safety, behaviour and organisation.

* Understands the importance of strong pedagogy, is able to deliver high quality first teaching and is willing to develop this alongside a school-based QFT coach
* Is reflective and continually seeks to improve their practice
* Is a team player and who can build positive professional relationships to ensure all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn
* Is an enthusiastic individual who smiles easily, is approachable, and friendly and who can make learning engaging and memorable
* Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
* Respects and promotes the Christian ethos and vision of our school
