You’ll play an active part in major engagements, not just number crunching, and you’ll learn how to provide specialist advice to our clients on the technical, tax, and financial aspects of R&D tax reliefs. Experience and Requirements
We seek candidates with an advanced degree, preferably a Masters or PhD, in one of the fields below:
* Food Sciences
* Formulation Sciences
* Food Manufacturing
* Food Science and Nutrition
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in product development or a food science/technical role. We are particularly interested in those looking to transition their skills and expertise into an exciting career in consulting.
Additionally, we welcome applications from R&D Tax Consultants with a background in Food Science or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
* Client-facing: Building client relationships throughout the sales and production process. This includes regular correspondence for claim-related information and liaising directly with government task authorities on their behalf.
* Subject matter expert: A technical understanding of your specialism, with working knowledge of consulting processes.
* Report and claim management: Support in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions and justifications, and claims adjustments based on determined tax liability.
* Aware and informed: Well-versed in current affairs and innovative development across key global sectors.
