We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking HLTA to join our excellent team. We are looking for a highly motivated team member with the skills and experience necessary to support the needs of our pupils and to assist the teachers in promoting high standards of engagement and behaviour. The role will be supporting SEN pupils across the school in groups as well as some whole class teaching. The successful candidate will be able to work well with the Principal TA in supporting the work of the SENCO and be competent in leading meetings with parents and professionals where required. This role is for 30 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks) on pay Grade 9 (Scale Points 19-25). Actual Salary £22,460 - £25,474 per annum The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements. The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year.
