The Original Factory Shop is hiring for a Store Manager to join our Bridgnorth team. We are a community retailer offering big brands at bargain prices, with stores nationwide and competitive employee benefits.

Responsibilities
* Lead the store team and be passionate about engaging with customers.

* Role-model leadership to ensure every colleague delivers a great customer experience.
* Encourage engagement with the local community to drive top results.
* Maintain a positive, productive work environment while keeping it fun.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
* Ability to motivate, manage, and support a team.
* Open to candidates at Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager, or Branch Manager levels.
