The Role
As a Senior Digital Solutions Specialist, you will lead the strategic adoption and integration of cloud-based and emerging financial technologies across the firm. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that combines deep technical expertise, finance experience, and strong leadership to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance internal operations and drive client success.
You will be a key influencer in shaping how the firm and its clients embrace digital transformation—providing strategic guidance, overseeing implementation, and building meaningful relationships that support long-term change. Your work will span across teams, service lines, and projects, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class digital solutions and process improvements.
You will:
* Champion innovative ways of working to improve internal processes and client outcomes.
* Continuously seek out and implement new digital solutions that support client needs.
* Apply strong finance knowledge to assess, deliver, and support technology-enabled solutions.
* Build and maintain collaborative working relationships across teams and with clients.
* Lead or support project-based and contract work for clients with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
* Leverage technical expertise to evaluate, recommend, and implement digital tools and platforms.
* Confidently present solutions and insights to clients and groups, both in-person and virtually.
Qualifications
We\'re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about digital innovation in the accounting space and can bring others on the journey with them.
* AAT qualification or be studying towards one.
* Experience handling complex clients, ideally within an accountancy practice.
* Comprehensive understanding of double-entry accounting and how to read a P&L and Balance Sheet.
* Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
* Experience using cloud platforms like Xero or QuickBooks Online.
* Knowledge of how apps and integrations enhance financial processes.
* Presentation or training delivery experience.
