ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to successful company expansion, my client is currently recruiting permanently for a Labour Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their workforce. Working with the senior leadership team, as a Labour Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment for all new site level roles; booking, arranging, managing and carrying out interviews; undertaking reference checks; booking in training as required and managing the company training matrix; manging social media posts; holding company inductions; and leading the weekly labour meetings with the senior leadership team to name just a few duties.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for this Labour Manager opportunity, you must be based within commutable distance from the office in Bexleyheath and it is imperative you hold previous experience within the construction industry, working in either recruitment or HR.
My client is looking for a professional who wants to build a long-term career within their business so you must be able to demonstrate stability of employment, holding previous appointments for a minimum of 2 years.

For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £40,000 – £50,000 per annum however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.
