Location and Contract Details
Location: Bradford, Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office with travel to other Accent offices as required.
Salary: £56,681 per annum
24-month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

Role Overview
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences by designing insight-driven, inclusive, and efficient end-to-end services. You will manage a team of business analysts, collaborate across departments to reimagine customer journeys, map processes, define service requirements, and develop operating models focused on customer needs and organizational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead continuous improvement and service design projects.
2. Manage and mentor team members and stakeholders.
3. Map processes and customer journeys.
4. Develop target operating models and implement change initiatives.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
* Significant experience in Six Sigma at Black Belt level.
* Proven ability to deliver complex change and engage stakeholders.
* Strong track record in service design within transformation environments.
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or progress towards it.
* Familiarity with agile delivery aligned with GDS lifecycle stages.
* Experience managing or mentoring professionals.
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
* Ability to translate user insights into service improvements.
* Skilled in process mapping, user journey mapping, and creating service blueprints.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
Interview Process
1. First stage: Thursday 15th May via Teams.
2. Complete a Congruity Questionnaire before the second stage.
3. Second stage: Friday 23rd May, including a presentation and final interview.
