Base: Crawley HQ or Medway will be your base; however, hybrid working will be offered after successful training is completed onsite.
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)

The South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within our IBIS Team. Our team enables front-line staff to access Do Not Attempt Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation documents (DNACPR) and Recommended Summary Plan for Emergency Care and Treatment documents (ReSPECT) for vulnerable and complex patients.
You will also facilitate our History Marking process within the Trust to ensure staff are aware of risks related to violence and aggression. The successful candidate will join at an exciting time of transition, offering opportunities for growth as responsibilities expand over the coming months.
Main Duties of the Job
What Will You Be Responsible For
The successful candidate will handle various administrative tasks related to patient care plans and records, including:
* Accurately entering patient data into the management system
* Managing departmental administrative tasks
* Communicating with external HCPs for PSI requests
* Managing the department inbox efficiently
* Uploading patient-specific instructions and updating dispatch markers
