The role is to support the smooth and efficient running of our clinics and services, ensuring patients are welcomed and looked after and that all administrative duties are performed in a professional, timely and accurate way. You will work collaboratively to provide administrative services, supporting the running of private clinics and clinical trials, working closely with the onsite manager, and offsite Private Practise Managers. Booking in patients at site, ensuring the clinic is prepared for the appointment (collating documentation etc) for main site, and any other sites 2. Answering all correspondence, via email, post and telephone calls in a timely fashion 3. Managing clinic diaries and ensuring that appointments run to time liaising with consultants, patients and support team 4. Working with the private practice service Managers, to support general administration 5. Manage patient documentation by scanning, uploading to the patient record system, and arranging secure posting to patients or pharmacies. 6. Maintain adequate records and ensure all relevant information is accurately documented in the patient files. 7. Maintain accurate prescription and medical records and liaise with clinicians, pharmacies, and patients regarding prescription queries where required. 9. Support laboratory preparation, processing and shipment 10. Support data administration for Clinical Trials and private services, ensuring high data accuracy is maintained 10. Regular audits for optimal service delivery 11. Completing referrals and diagnostic referrals 12. Working as part of a rota system to cover extended clinic hours, as required 13. Attending weekly team meetings 14. Ordering supplies and ensuring stock levels are appropriate 15. Ensure facilities are clean and tidy and ready for patients The Candidate The successful candidate will have great organisational skills and will be able to prioritise their workload. A high standard of work presentation and accuracy are essential. Administration experience of a minimum of 1 year within healthcare is essential. Working on site in a patient facing role is essential. Requires excellent customer service skills Strong administration skills and experience are essential Good communication skills To act in a professional and caring manner towards patients, visitors and colleagues at all times.
