We are representing a globally renowned brand operating in the media industry, seeking a Service Management Analyst to join their central Service Management & Service Governance team. You will work within this specialized area as part of the wider Technology function.
The role involves work with the CMDB (Configuration Management Database). Our client currently has a basic Asset & Configuration Management process and is looking for this individual to help enhance or completely revamp it using ServiceNow ITOM. Previous experience with ServiceNow is not required, but candidates must have prior experience in CMDB improvements or projects.
We are looking for:
* Good knowledge of Service Management processes
* Experience creating, enhancing, or improving a CMDB
* Knowledge of Asset & Configuration Management best practices
* Any experience in ServiceNow, preferably with the ITOM module, will be a bonus
Our client has an office in central London and requires staff to attend the site twice per week.
