Our client is a leading logistics provider and due to an increase in inbound and outbound volume, they require additional Reach Forklift Driver (MHE Driver) to join their team.
Job Overview:
We are looking for certified MHE Drivers (reach, PPT or VNA) who will also perform general warehouse operative duties. This role requires operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and involves heavy lifting in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate MHE, including forklifts, reach trucks, PPT and VNA
* Loading and unloading stock (heavy lifting required)
* Picking, packing, and moving goods within the warehouse
* Conducting pre-use equipment checks and following safety procedures.
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
* Must hold a Valid MHE certification in either one of the following MHE trucks - Reach Truck, PPT, or VNA (in-house licences can be considered)
* Previous warehouse experience
* Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong attention to health & safety procedures
* Transport required due to rural location with no public transport links.
Pay: Days - £14.50 Per hour
Nights - £15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week – 10 – 12 hour shifts.
