Associate Director – Technology and Cyber Risk Assurance
As an Associate Director within Technology and Cyber Risk Assurance, you’ll advise clients on cyber security strategy, programmes, resilience, controls and compliance, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach high‑performing teams, managing resources, recruitment, and development.
* Deliver high‑value and quality cyber services and advice to clients.
* Drive external market activities and identify new business opportunities.
* Develop client relationships, creating proposals that showcase our capabilities.
* Manage client relationships with Partners to ensure value and timely, profitable delivery.
* Oversee the ongoing management of cyber services, including capability development and quality assurance.
Qualifications
* Significant experience delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services.
* A strong external profile and extensive network across the industry.
* Proven experience winning new business and leveraging existing client relationships.
* Experience creating and developing client relationships to win work and increase revenue.
* Experience developing new business proposals and responding to RFPs.
* Experience managing engagements end‑to‑end in a professional service context.
* Experience delivering security leadership services such as vCISO.
* A business‑and‑commercial minded approach.
* A passion for continuing a career in technology, cyber, and risk management, providing defensive and offensive cyber services.
