Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client in Hampshire for a skilled operator to join their busy team working on a recycling and waste management site.

Due to the location of this role, you will have to have your own reliable transport.

Salary:
* £15.00 per hour (£600 per week)
Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* 40 hours per week
* Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Key responsibilities:
* Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on site.
* Sorting and managing recyclable materials efficiently in the yard.
* Operating and monitoring machinery safely under supervision.
* Loading and unloading vehicles in compliance with health and safety standards.
* Maintaining yard cleanliness and ensuring all waste is handled responsibly.
* Communicating clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Transport materials and remove waste as required.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a 360 excavator or GRAB operator
* Valid CPCS card or equivalent operator licence is beneficial but not essential
* Strong understanding of health and safety best practices
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
