Salary & Development: £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience. We invest in training and development, so if you have the right industry understanding, we’ll support you in building the technical skills.
Responsibilities
* Produce co-ordinated model solutions for simpler areas.
* Create SSDs and end sheets from 3D models.
* Update and incorporate changes into 2D/3D environments.
* Apply BIM data to models.
* Raise technical queries and liaise with clients/design teams.
Experience / Qualifications
* Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) / Building Services background — contractor or consultancy.
* Knowledge of design software (Revit/CAD).
* Eager to learn — full training provided.

Great opportunity for a Junior CAD Technician to join an established Building Services team. You’ll support project delivery by producing drawings, incorporating model changes, and assisting with co-ordination under the guidance of senior team members.
