What the role involves:
* Supporting children aged 05 with learning, play and development
* Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
* Working closely with teachers and practitioners to deliver EYFS provision
* Helping with observations, activities and daily routines
* Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
What were looking for:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
* Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
* A positive, patient and energetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and a genuine passion for early years education
