Operations Analyst
London - Hybrid
We’re hiring an Operations Analyst to join our growing fintech and help improve how our business runs day to day. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is looking to build their career in operations. You’ll work closely with our VP of Operations and collaborate across Service, Tech, Sales and Product to help shape and improve how our operations function as we scale.
What you'll do:
* Analysing workflows and identifying inefficiencies
* Building dashboards and tracking operational KPIs
* Improving documentation and internal processes
* Supporting automation and tooling improvements
* Owning small operational projects end-to-end
* Championing an AI first driven approach to process improvement
What you'll bring:
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
* Strong logical and problem-solving skills
* Scripting experience
* Passion about working with data
* Experience utilising AI models or technology to innovate
* Interest in scaling operations in a fast-growth fintech
* STEM background (nice to have)
