Position: Contract Manager Role Overview: Join our Building Maintenance company as a Contract Manager. Manage both reactive and planned works on various buildings, including education facilities, sports and leisure sites, and commercial buildings. Lead a team of 5 engineers. Oversee the management of 2 large sites and multiple smaller sites, totaling between 40 and 50 sites. Ensure high-quality delivery of services, including PPM and Extra Works, within a 2 million contract value. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (42.5 hours per week). Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary up to £52,000 per annum. Company vehicle for both business and personal use. Generous holiday allowance of 31 days, including 8 public and bank holidays.
