Our client is seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and highly organised Office Manager to lead our administrative team. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives in a dynamic school environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to staff, pupils, and parents.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSchool Administration\n\nProvide confidential and efficient administrative support\nEnsure high standards in all communications and materials\nManage incoming calls and direct appropriately\n\nReception & Office Management\n\nLine manage the Receptionist and School Administrator\nAllocate tasks, monitor performance, and approve rotas\nMaintain a welcoming and professional front office\nOversee office budget and supplies\nManage distribution of pupil materials and maintain archives\n\nHuman Resources Support\n\nMaintain the Single Central Record and staff directory\nAssist with recruitment and onboarding processes\nSupport safeguarding compliance and training documentation\n\nData & Systems Management\n\nManage and analyse data in iSAMS\nSupport staff with system use and complete census submissions\nMaintain and update My School Portal content\n\nSenior Leadership Support\n\nMinute weekly SLT, SMT, and staff briefings\nAssist with school events, trips, and parent communications\n\nMarketing & Communications\n\nSupport website updates and termly newsletters\nCollaborate with the marketing team on school communications\n\nGeneral Duties\n\nProvide first aid in emergencies\nUphold school policies and contribute to a positive school culture\nParticipate in training and professional development\n\nSkills & Abilities\n\nStrong initiative and ability to work independently\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general IT\nFriendly, resilient, and adaptable with a sense of humour \n\nStart Date: August 2025\nContract Type: Term time + 6 weeks\nContract Term: Permanent\nWorking Hours: 08:30 to 17:30 (with 1-hour lunch break)\nReports to: Head & Assistant Head Organisation\nDBS Requirement: An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
