Are you a proven SaaS hunter who wants the challenge of helping an early stage SaaS business develop and grow?
This is a rare opportunity to join an established business to scale a rapidly growing SaaS offering, with strong early traction and significant investment behind it.
They have already captured circa 10% market share in Ireland and have ambitious expansion plans locally and across the rest of the UK.
They want to hire a Founding Account Executive to own and accelerate the next phase of growth.
This is not a “follow the playbook” sales role. This is for someone who wants to help write it.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting → demo → close → onboarding
* Driving net new business across Ireland (with UK expansion to follow)
* Running high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email and phone
* Booking and delivering compelling product demos
* Closing multiple £10k–£15k SaaS deals per month
* Designing and optimising your own GTM motion
* Leveraging modern sales tooling and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency
* Working directly with the CEO and engineers to shape messaging and strategy
* Helping build the foundations for a future revenue team
This is a true hunter role. You’ll be expected to go out and win.

* 2–6 years’ experience selling B2B SaaS
* Proven track record of closing net new business
* Comfortable operating in a high-activity, high-volume sales environment
* Strong outbound capability (LinkedIn outreach, cold email, cold calling)
* Confident delivering demos and handling objections
* Comfortable using modern prospecting and sales enablement tools (CRM, sequencing tools, video demos, AI-assisted workflows, etc.)
* Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by autonomy and ownership
* Ambitious and commercially driven
