Responsibilities
* Prepare product pots for extrusion in the filling area and carry out small-batch chemical processing in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
* Load and unload raw Rockwool batts and coated batts from the automated spray line, and pack spray-coated materials to required specifications.
* Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the areas in line with safety and quality procedures.
* Follow established procedures and guidelines under the supervision of the Lead Operator.
* Accurately record production/process data and support minimal downtime by monitoring process flow.
* Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, procurement, sales and EHS colleagues to help optimise workflow and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
* Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
* Spray or Pneumatic Pump experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, good communication, and strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and compliance.
* Ability to work shift patterns.
