ALS are searching for a new Payroll Administrator to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing for all our employees. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, with good communication skills, we’d love to have you join our payroll team!

About the Role
Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent
Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
Hours: 32 hours per week

Salary: Starting at £22,464
Location: Hybrid with our office base in Wakefield

Day to Day

As a Payroll Administrator you will focus on accurate processing and administration

Handling data input and reporting with precision, leveraging your Excel expertise

Manage payrolls and answering questions from employees, stakeholders and auditors when asked

Following established procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency

Assisting with administrative tasks to support payroll operations

Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and best practices


The Essentials

Previous experience in payroll processing is most advantageous

Strong Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Sage is a must

Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks

Excellent communicator and a proactive team player

Focused on achieving goals and finding effective solutions
