Job Title: UX Product Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Equity

The Role
We’re looking for a UX Product Manager who can own the end-to-end user experience of the platform. You’ll be responsible for translating product vision into intuitive, elegant workflows that delight users, whether they're sponsorship teams at Premier League clubs, brand marketers, or rights holders across sport, entertainment, and media.
As a key bridge between design, engineering, commercial and marketing teams, you’ll ensure the platform is not only usable but indispensable in the daily workflows of rights holders closing deals and brands making buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the product experience from discovery through delivery for key UX initiatives across our clients SaaS platform.
* Translate user research and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements and design specs.
* Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive interfaces and interactions that simplify complex data storytelling.
* Define and prioritise product roadmap items that enhance user experience and drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
* Conduct usability testing, synthesise feedback, and iterate on designs quickly and intelligently.
* Champion the voice of the user—internally and externally—ensuring every feature we ship delivers value.
* Balance short-term improvements with long-term strategic UX investments, aligning with business goals.
* Monitor key UX metrics and work with analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager or UX Product Manager role at a SaaS, media, or data-led company.
* Proven success in launching user-first products and features with measurable impact.
* Experience working with design systems and agile development environments.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, data visualization, and storytelling with data.
* Excellent communication skills with an ability to align technical, design, and commercial stakeholders.
* Passion for sports, entertainment, brand partnerships, or the creator economy is a plus.
