We are a well-established Indian restaurant known for delivering authentic flavors, regional specialties, and high-quality dining experiences. We are now seeking a Head Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team and take our menu to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all kitchen operations with a focus on authentic Indian cuisine
* Design, plan, and update menus with traditional and innovative Indian dishes
* Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality in every dish served
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance
* Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure efficient stock levels
* Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
* Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and regional cooking methods
* Ability to create authentic and creative dishes across North & South Indian styles (desirable)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
