Account Executive - Case Handler
Join our team in Camberley as an Account Executive - Case Handler.
Marston Holdings Limited, the UK's largest judicial services company and a pioneer in clean air technology, is seeking a Case Handler to manage active cases, communicate with clients and customers, and ensure timely resolutions via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and review an existing caseload with team support.
2. Maintain clear communication between clients and customers via telephone and email.
3. Collaborate with the enforcement team to follow up on case inquiries.
4. Work to deadlines to ensure efficient service.
5. Write reports and handle invoicing.
