Allen Motor Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in Warwick, offering a pro-rata salary of £30,000 per annum DOE. This fixed term employment position is offered on a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, for 3 months from the start date. This position will report to the Financial Accountant. What skills are required?
We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, accurate, and ready to hit the ground running.
* Advanced excel skills – including XLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formatting
* Being able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
* Experience with Keyloop Dealer Management System is desirable but not essential
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Once fully trained you will be expected to carry out the following duties in your temporary position:
* Completing balance sheet reconciliations
* Processing and allocating monthly commission statements
* Preparing commission reports for group managers
* Completing ONS surveys
* Investigating vehicle reconciliation variances
* Posting daily funding journals and monthly funding invoices
* Collating and archiving VAT invoices and vehicle lease paperwork
