We are recruiting an experienced Store Manager for a high profile outdoor retail store based at Cotswold Designer Outlet.

Store Manager responsibilities
* Take full ownership of store performance and commercial results
* Drive sales, conversion and ATV through strong leadership and coaching
* Lead and motivate a large retail team in a high footfall outlet environment
* Deliver excellent customer service and brand standards at all times
* Manage visual merchandising to maximise sales and stock flow
* Recruit, train and develop your team to build a high performing culture
* Oversee stock control, compliance, audits and health and safety
* Use commercial reporting to identify opportunities and improve profitability
About you
We are looking for a Store Manager who has:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager within outlet, fashion, outdoor, footwear or lifestyle retail
* A strong commercial mindset with experience managing KPIs and P&L
* The ability to lead, develop and retain a high performing retail team
* A hands on, results driven leadership style
* Passion for delivering great service in a fast paced retail environment
