Your Role As an Optical Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working to provide an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients in selecting eyewear that meets their visual needs and lifestyle. Supporting optometrists in delivering thorough eye examinations. Handling bookings, patient queries, and administrative tasks. Educating patients on the benefits of independent eye care. Promoting our brand and services within the local community. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our passion for putting patients first. You should: Have at least one year of experience as an Optical Assistant. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a friendly, empathetic, and informative service. Be proactive in seeking opportunities to improve and innovate within your role. This is an initial contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. This role requires working 2-3 days per week, including Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Why Join Us?
