Qualified Social Worker – Family Safeguarding
Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker experienced in safeguarding practice? 3D Recruit is working with a local authority in Wisbech to recruit into their Family Safeguarding Team. This role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to make a real difference to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
* Complete statutory visits for CIN, CP, and CIC cases.
* Chair CIN and Core Group meetings.
* Hold a mixed caseload of CIN, CP, and CIC, including some cases within PLO or s31 Care Proceedings.
* Prepare Court Reports, risk assessments, and parenting assessments, and attend court with senior practitioner or team manager support.
* Participate in the duty rota.
* Attend ICPC and RCPC meetings, preparing and presenting conference reports.
* Assess and manage risk effectively to safeguard children and families.
Essential Requirements
* Recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care proceedings, and relevant legislation.
* Ability to manage risk and deliver high-quality assessments and reports.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and partnership-working skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
