1. Friendly and thoughtful service: Respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
2. Work together: Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure store safety and legality: Keep shelves stocked, and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
4. Introduce new products and services: Share experiences with colleagues to make changes feel natural.
5. Support your local community: Get involved in activities and events.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping customers. You'll provide excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness. No two days are the same, but your dedication to service remains constant. You'll help customers find what they need, introduce them to our membership scheme, and build relationships within the community.
