Job Summary
Your main role as a Senior Care Worker will be to provide support to a person in need of care (help with washing, dressing, meals and medication); you will be working in person-centred way improving their lives by attending to their specific needs and assisting them with their daily tasks you will be working in the community (house to house care).
As a Senior Care you also be responsible to supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service.
We are not a care home, we are looking after elderly, and people with disabilities in their own homes in Slough.

Previous 1 year care experience as a Senior Care Assistant is essential. You must have good character, and have caring qualities. You will be expected to undertake relevant training as required and progress towards QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care.
This job is subject to 2 satisfactory references and enhanced DBS.
Working hours: 7:00 – 22:00, including rotating weekends
Driving license are essential
