The role of Chief Executive is crucial in helping local people remain in the communities they are connected to, by delivering high‑quality, affordable homes, supporting those who need extra help and making positive contributions to the communities we serve.

Qualifications
* Executive‑level experience with a good understanding of social housing or a similar regulated industry.
* A values‑led and inclusive leadership style, open‑minded, approachable and encouraging the contribution of others.
* A deep understanding of putting customers at the centre of service design and decision‑making.
