Behaviour Mentor
We are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist education setting. This role is ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills who can build positive relationships and support pupils with additional needs.
The role requires:
7. Proven experience as a mentor or behaviour manager in schools or similar settings
8. Positive Handling / Team Teach training (essential)
9. A confident, calm and proactive approach to managing challenging situations
10. Ability to build trust and motivate young people to engage in learning
