ShiftHero are recruiting for driven and commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Batley. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you'll take ownership of a warm desk, looking after both client development and candidate delivery, giving you full control over your desk and earnings.

Key Responsibilities
* You'll be responsible for the end-to-end booking of temporary staff
* You'll hit the road, building relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities
* You'll advertise current opportunities and continue to build on our community of hard working heroes
* You'll interview, recruit and manage the booking of temporary works in your area
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant (preferably logistics)
* Great interpersonal skills, confidence and experience in managing relationships with both candidates and clients
* The ability to work under your own initiative and enjoy been part of a team
* A great problem solver
