Mole Valley Feed Solutions is looking for a Blends Coordinator to join our growing team!
About The Role
As a key member of a small dynamic team, you will be supporting the supply and sales of blends to our valued customers and prospects. Working closely with our field-based sales team, you’ll manage blend enquiries, formulate, and price blends, and maintain accurate records and pricing tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily blend enquiries from customers and the sales team
* Formulate and price blends to meet nutritional needs using our formulation system
* Maintain accurate records, pricelists, and spreadsheets
* Monitor commodity markets and competitor activity
* Support contract management and promotional events
* Provide technical and nutritional support to the farm sales team
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
* A background in agriculture or relevant industry experience.
* Strong numerical and IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* A flexible, proactive and team-oriented approach.
* Passion for British agriculture and a customer-first mindset.
