We are recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial cleaning and facilities services company with a workforce of over 7,000 colleagues across multiple client sites. Role Purpose
As the People Partner you will be a trusted advisor to our operational leadership, specialising in:
* Complex employee relations casework.
* TUPE Mobilisations.
* Redundancy & Change Programmes.
* You will ensure our people processes are compliant, consistent and fully aligned with our values, supporting business continuity and colleague wellbeing.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner / People Partner in a large, multi‑site organisation with a significant frontline workforce.
* Proven track record of independently managing complex ER casework.
* Strong experience leading TUPE transfers and contract mobilisations.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing redundancy and organisational change programmes.
* Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills.
* Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
