Business Development Manager – UK

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK market. This role focuses on winning new business, developing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence with both new and existing clients.
You will have ownership of the UK sales pipeline and work closely with internal teams to deliver commercially strong solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UK
* Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close
* Develop and execute UK market growth strategies
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecasting
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
* Strong understanding of the UK market and sales landscape
* Track record of winning new business and meeting revenue targets
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Commercially driven and results-focused
* Ability to work autonomously in a field-based or remote role
* Willingness to travel within the UK as required
