Job Description
As a Senior Consultant within the AMCL UK & Ireland team, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading high-profile client engagements, with responsibility for the technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and other key project metrics
2. Using your knowledge and network to identify and secure new opportunities
3. Working on projects, shaping solutions to meet client needs and managing delivery teams to achieve the best result for our clients and our people
4. Advising senior leaders and executives on how to shape their business and develop their internal capabilities
5. Developing, leading and managing key relationships
6. Driving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globe

Qualifications
11. 5+ years of experience of working on or with asset or infrastructure projects
12. Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
13. Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs
14. Experience with complex problem-solving in consulting or asset-intensive organisations
15. Ability to balance competing needs and to manage time and workload effectively
16. Experience of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions, PowerBI
17. Willingness to travel to better serve our clients and their interests
