What to expect
As a Personal Assistant you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
This is a critical role in the functional structure and a highly visible role across the organisation. The role holder will be responsible for managing the CRO’s diary and for arranging events, meetings and other activities that are be required, but it will also have other responsibilities that will allow the role holder to play a bigger role in the work done by Revenue going forward. Specifically, the CRO is looking for an individual who can partner with him to better shape and organise his agenda going forward, identifying and implementing improvements to ways of working and processes. Someone who can assess the complex moving parts across the business, anticipate needs, identify risks or issues and work proactively with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to develop solutions that support the CRO’s agenda. There is also the opportunity for the role holder to contribute to specific projects in the years to come, which can provide both a development opportunity and improve the execution of those projects based on the broad view of POL the role holder will acquire working with the CRO closely day to day.

What you’ll need to succeed
Experience
* Significant experience supporting C-suite or commercial leaders in large organisations
* Extensive experience managing and organising complex diary arrangements
* Extensive experience dealing effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience working in fast-paced, commercial environments.
* Experience contributing to design and delivery of significant business events e.g. company offsites.
* Proven ability to proactively identify & implement improved ways of working.
* Experience contributing to the delivery of key business processes e.g. annual planning, strategy development processes.
* Experience collating and managing action plans involving stakeholders across all functions and levels.
